Let’s talk about the importance of the first impression, especially in interviews. I have one fun fact for you:  People usually decide if they like you in the first 30 seconds – even before the interview officially starts!

So, when you come to the interview, and the interviewer sees you for the first time, they will probably ask you a simple question: ‘How are you?’ Better to be prepared to answer that question fncmx.

“I’m doing great, thanks! I’ve been really excited about this interview and spent the last few days learning all about your company. I’m super excited. How about you?”
