Building Trust – Talking about pay from the start helps everyone trust each other. It means no surprises later. You can also use this time to show why you’re a great fit for the job.
Tips for Doing Well
– Get Ready: Expect the money question and have an answer ready.
– Show Your Skills: Use this talk to talk about why you’re awesome for the job.
– Be Open to Talking: Sometimes, you might need to talk about money more than once. That’s okay.
