After more than 11 years with LHH and the Adecco Group, it is time for me to move on.

It has been an incredible journey working across the broader workforce industry and experiencing international sales, operations and practice roles. I am grateful for the many opportunities to contribute to shaping the strategy of our industry and its ecosystem. Working with the World Employment Confederation and alongside the Automotive Skills Alliance have been some of the recent highlights.

I will miss LHH’s purpose, passion and the many friends I have had the chance to work with. It would be too many to name them all, but particular thanks go to Ranjit de Sousa for teaching me how to align growth mindset and delivering results, Bettina Schaller for demonstrating how to build fruitful relationships whilst protecting own value, Jo Smith for showing me how to reconciliate focus and care for others, Sonia Lee and Izabella Khazagerova (in your own ways!) for proving that going after your passion is THE way, Arne H. and Alistair Smith on keeping an eye on results whilst navigating ambiguity and Denis Pennel on the art of thought leadership. I like to think that I have stolen some of your (and many others’!!) superpowers along the way!

Kicking off a new professional chapter, I intend to build upon what I can do best: leverage my passion to create business value from relationships and build sustainable strength in people and organizations in a wider ecosystem.

As I explore new ways to have an impact on our healthy long lives, I welcome any thoughts you have for me to consider.
