I frequently cross-reference candidates CVs with their LinkedIn profiles, and very often I can find Inconsistencies between the two, and believe me, it matters.
Even small details like your location or job title being off can leave employers confused and hesitant to reach out.
So, if you’re currently employed and can’t update LinkedIn just yet, align your CV to match your LinkedIn as closely as possible.
And remember, tradition isn’t the only way to go when crafting your CV: get creative!
