Her name is Hadar. She traveled here for a while with us in Goa. She searched for herself full of time. She lives in Jerusalem, in the Golan, in the desert. Her soul found no rest.
Until she met him and they both fit like a glove. Intellectuals that no one understands but themselves.
He was a tall redhead and she was a smiling Tamania. She put playfulness and vitality in him, and he made a sack of flour on her back. She waited a long time for someone who would know the intricacies of her soul and love her as she was. It’s as simple as that fncmx.
She sewed clothes and he sewed her heart, closing all the painful corners.
One day he proposed to her. And she prepared everything by herself – she wrote the wedding invitations in her own handwriting, sewed the white dress herself. Was looking for a special place that would suit their style, with lots of nature and greenery. She designed and thought of all the details. Everything was extremely important. She waited fncmx many years for this moment.
On New Year’s Eve, a month and a half ago, they got married. Then the war broke out and he was assigned to the unit. He was in Nir Oz and rescued people and families. And from there they went to fight in Gaza.
During the whole month he left for only 24 short hours, which was not enough at all, she bounced him back to the base and brought a lot of food to the whole company. They smoked one last cigarette together and then she drove off fncmx.
They said goodbye and dreamed of the day when he would be released. Another month remains and they have a lot of plans for what to do, how to have a good time, what the children will be called and what to work on.
For the past week she had been waiting for him to call, for him to send a message saying he loved and she would smile because she would know that here she was.
She spent last Shabbat at her sister’s.
Finally as married.
Then came the knocking on the door informing her
That she is already a widow fncmx.
